For 33 years, the International Festival of Authors has brought the best in contemporary international and Canadian literature to our Toronto stages to engage, entertain and sometimes even astonish us. Over 8,000 authors from more than 100 countries in fact!

With only 27 per cent of our funding coming from government support, we rely on the generosity of people like you to keep bringing these exciting reader experiences to your doorstep. Join us as we celebrate authors from every corner of the globe and create new opportunities for people to engage with literature.

Supporter

Becoming a supporter of AUTHORS offers the opportunity to hear the world’s best writers of contemporary fiction, poetry and biography all year round. Supporters receive the following privileges valid for one year:

● free admission to regular weekly readings

● discounts on tickets to special events

● a minimum discount of 10% for all ticketed events at our festivals (certain exceptions apply)

Patron

To help us support author travel and innovative youth programming, you may wish to consider becoming a Patron with a $500 annual contribution (includes HST). Please call 416-973-4760 or PURCHASE ONLINE.

Patron + Supporter

To support our broad range of programming and benefit from behind-the-scenes IFOA experiences, please consider becoming a Patron + Supporter with an annual contribution of $1,000/individual or $1,500/couple. Please call 416-973-4760.
