On Friday, June 18, 2010 book professionals will convene at Harbourfront Centre to discuss the ever changing landscape of the Canadian book industry at Book Summit 2010.
Book Summit’s Hot New Models: The Amazing Transformation of Business and Culture in the World of Books will look at how the book business is transforming itself and creating new models in every arena – libraries, bookstores, publishing houses, literary agencies – and how some pretty nimble thinkers are already leading us into the future. Keynote speakers (including David Pogue, New York Times), panels, practical workshops and key information sessions round out a day that is sure to provide indispensable information and inspiration.
