Important Information for Media

General information for media:

All media must be vetted by Authors at Harbourfront Centre before arriving on site.

All audio, visual, and for-website-use clips that exceed THREE MINUTES must be approved for use by Authors at Harbourfront Centre. If using on a website please also link to www.readings.org.

Clips that exceed THREE MINUTES must incorporate the location of the clip via a host speech, supered over appropriate segment, or in rolling credits.

A VHS or DVD copy of the final aired programme must be sent to Authors at Harbourfront Centre at no cost to our organization, with agreement for use by Authors at Harbourfront Centre for publicity purposes.
