So, you're in the woods in the middle of the night, and a huge purple monster tries to eat your flashlight. What do you do? Join Kean Soo, author of the Jellaby Series, to find out!

Kean shares the second volume of the Jellaby Series, Jellaby: Monster in the City, a continuation of the adventures of ten-year-old Portia and the shy, sweet-natured purple monster she discovered in the woods behind her house.

Kean Soo

Kean Soo is a self-taught cartoonist and formally trained electrical engineer. His stories have been published in various comic anthologies, including Flight. Soo was born in England, raised in Hong Kong and currently resides in Toronto. Jellaby: Monster in the City, the second volume of Soo’s first full-length graphic novel, continues the adventures of ten-year-old Portia and the shy, sweet-natured purple monster she discovered in the woods behind her house. Jellaby and Portia also appeared in a series of short comics in Disney Adventures and Comic Zone magazines.
