Radio personality, storyteller, humorist, columnist, and musician Garrison Keillor is best known for hosting the immensely popular live radio show A Prairie Home Companion, which has been on the air since 1974. He wrote and appeared in Robert Altman’s final film, A Prairie Home Companion, inspired by his radio show and is also the author of numerous books, including Lake Wobegon Days, the New York Times bestseller Liberty, and the forthcoming novel Pilgrims.
